This allows us to have a laid back, fun atmosphere in the office while still offering a professional environment.

 

We provide quality structural engineering services to meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Our staff has 40 years of combined structural engineering experience. This allows our office to be creative in its design and ensure that the client obtains a quality product. We provide services for our clients from the basic design sketch services to our high quality, full-service packages.

Dustin is the CEO and runs the day-to-day operations of the company. He attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering. He then moved to California, working under the supervision of the now deceased Edmund C. Foerstel, S.E.  After Edmund’s passing, Dustin started 4 S.T.E.L. ENGINEERING, INC. in 2006 and has been offering quality services since.
