4 S.T.E.L. Engineering has a passion for what we do—Structural Engineering. We are passionate about it because, essentially, structural engineering strives to prevent the buildings we are in or large objects arounds us from falling down and causing people to get injured or property to be damaged. Without structural engineers, the world around us would be much more dangerous.
4 S.T.E.L. Engineering's Story
4 S.T.E.L. Engineering ("STEL" rhymes with "tell") was founded in 2005 by our President and C.E.O., Dustin Rosepink. Previously, Dustin worked for an accomplished structural engineer, Edmund Foerstel, for several years. Following Edmund's passing, Dustin knew he had an opportunity many people do not get—to start and grow a business. For 15 years, Dustin and the team at 4 S.T.E.L. Engineering have successfully provided our clients with quality designs and real-world structural engineering solutions. Today, our team of professionals brings decades of combined experience to each project, utilizing unique skills and engineering know-how to successfully complete projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and renewable-energy markets.

We work with local non-profits to assist our local community and provide opportunities for our employees to serve. Dustin began his professional engineering career over 15 years ago with a move to Southern California. He founded 4 S.T.E.L. Engineering in 2005, became a licensed Civil Engineer in 2008, and became a licensed Structural Engineer in 2012.

COO
Jonathan joined the 4 S.T.E.L. Engineering team in 2011 following six years as a senior manager for a general contractor. He brings nearly 20 years of business development and operational management experience to 4 S.T.E.L.
